Cheese sticks are a timeless classic that everyone loves and ate growing up but the cheese consumption marketing is upwards of 4 Billion dollars per year and is steadily increasing....so why do we only bread and fry mozzarella when there are so many other delicious cheeses out there? The evil genius culinary team at BSW took the original mozzarella stick and put our own unique spin on it and created an entirely new line of gourmet cheese sticks.
